sorry, that last post touched a nerve. :(
all i’m saying is for anyone that really feels that way… is to find your inner strength. be strong, be ok. if you’re experiencing it currently, i’m sure you want nothing to do with what anyone has to say, you want nothing to do with food, or being awake.. or just anything in general because they might remind you of them. please just don’t do anything rash, stay here. i know it hurts, your world is shattered. just find something to focus on and fight. your heart will beat again, the butterflies in your stomach will return, the light will return to your life. if your own friends are not there for you, know at least one random person is here for you.
i have never lost any friends or family who lost their battle with depression, but i know i could have easily been that one friend.
so just know this, i care, i’m here.
